Repairing the Building and Getting It Ready for Rent
I recently purchased a building that is in disrepair. I did it on purpose because it was a good deal because the previous owners did not want to spend the money fixing it up. It is now my responsibility to get this whole project going. I am looking into a building maintenance company that can help me a lot with the more complex repair jobs. I can do the easier things like painting and whatnot, but do not expect me to do all the rewiring. I am smart enough to know better, and I am staying away from all the dangerous aspects of the building that need to be taken care of. I am definitely very excited about it all. I know that I will be earning lots of income from the building once it is repaired and rented out. That has been my goal all along, and I am going to make it happen.
